BNY Mellon – an investment case study

Since launching its European Growth Centre in Manchester in 2005 with the help of MIDAS, BNY Mellon has gone from strength to strength, expanding rapidly at its landmark office building at the core of the city centre in Piccadilly Gardens. Building on this success, the company opened a second site, taking a further 50,000 sq ft in the city’s expanding financial district, Spinningfields.
